Dinskaya district offers the investors a high-yield investment project in the area of processing industry

The municipality offers the entrepreneurs to implement a project "Construction of furniture factory".

A furniture factory capable of manufacturing more than 25.4 thousand pieces of furniture per year will emerge in the Cossack village of Staromyshastovskaya. Eventually all necessary accommodations will be built and the equipment for manufacturing cabinet furniture will be installed. This produce is marked by the following feature: from the basic set one can assemble any furniture unit capable of meeting the most exquisite taste. The purchasers of the furniture will be consumers from Dinskaya district and from the neighboring districts of Krasnodar region. 

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 92.98 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 5.5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 43 new jobs.

A land plot of 24,793.67 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Staromyshastovskaya Cossack village. There is a local road, "Dinskaya Cossack village – Staromyshastovskaya Cossack village" (2.2 km), there. The distance to the federal highway M-4 "Don" is 20 km.
