The Dinskaya district to present a promising investment project in the area of health resort & tourist complex

The municipal formation Dinskaya district of Krasnodar region offers the investors to participate in the implementation of a project "Construction of an entertainment complex with aqua-park".

The purpose of the investment project is to meet the need of the district residents for recreation organization. To this end, it is proposed to construct an entertainment complex with aqua-park. The cost of the project makes approximately 230 million rubles. Due to the lack of competition and generated demand for water-based entertainments, a throughput capacity of the complex will equal more than 95 thousand people per year. Such competitive advantages of the complex as its convenient location and diversity of amusement rides and services: a universal recreation and entertainment center will be built within the framework of the project – will be also conducive to the popularity of the facility.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 229.77 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 5 years and 8 months. The construction of the facility will allow to create 72 new jobs.

A land plot of 30,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Dinskaya Cossack village. There is a local road, Krasnaya Street (500m), there. The distance to the federal highway M-4 "Don" is 2.5 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 22 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Dinskaya is 4.3 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 22 km.
