The Dinskaya district to present a promising construction project

The municipality offers to implement the project for construction of a paving slab manufacturing workshop.

It is planned to open a new enterprise specializing on manufacturing paving slab and hard landscaping in the Cossack village Plastunovskaya of the Dinskaya district. The workshop will be manufacturing paving and façade slab of different types, small pieces materials, hard landscaping with a total volume of 147 000 sq.m. per year. The produce will be of demand with the organizations engaged in housing construction, construction and reconstruction of the facilities related to the business and trading environment. 

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 28.7 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 3.5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 17 new jobs.

A land plot of 4,476 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is in Plastunovskaya Cossack village. There is a local road, Krasnaya Street (0.1km), there. The distance to the federal highway M-4 "Don" is 5.4 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Dinskaya Cossack village is 12.6 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 31 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Plastunovskaya is 1 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 41 km.
