The Dinskaya district of Krasnodar region to present a profitable investment project in the area of processing industry

The municipality offers to implement the Project for construction of a plant on manufacturing wood pellets "Pellet", beneficial for the investors.

The investment project aims to construct a plant on manufacturing wood pellets (pellets) in the Dinskaya district. This is a bio-fuel derived from wood waste, turf and agricultural wastes. The produce is distinguished for its high environmental friendliness and relatively low cost. The plant will be equipped with low-investment raw materials necessary for manufacturing – it is acceptable to use turf, pulp (non-quality) wood and wood waste: bark, wood scrap, wood chips and others; agricultural waste: corn waste, straw, cereal production waste, sunflower hulls, chicken dropping etc. The enterprise will be manufacturing up to 4000 tons of ready-made wood pellets per year.     

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 19.8 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 4.75 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 5 new jobs.

A land plot of 10,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Dinskaya Cossack village. There is a local road, Krasnaya Street (0.1km), there. The distance to the federal highway M-4 "Don" is 1.5 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Dinskaya Cossack village is 0.3 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 35 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Dinskaya is 3.3 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 35 km.
