The Dinskaya district of Krasnodar region to present a mega-project in the consumer sector

The entrepreneurs are offered to implement a large-scale investment project for the construction of a logistics center.

The A-class logistics center capable of delivering 200,000 pallet positions per year will comprise: an administrative & amenity block (seven-storied building), production & warehousing and administrative & amenity buildings, technical, production and warehousing sites. Quickly erectable structures will be used for the construction of the center. The area of warehousing infrastructure will make 20,000 sq.m. The chief consumers of the services, as anticipated by the project, will be industrial, trading & industrial enterprises and merchandising chains of Krasnodar region.  

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 400.1 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 6.25 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 95 new jobs.

A land plot of 100,001 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Novotitarovskaya Cossack village. There is a local road, Krasnaya Street (0.45km), there. The distance to the federal highway M-4 "Don" is 6 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Dinskaya Cossack village is 26 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 25 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Novotitarovskaya is 8 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 30 km.
