The Dinskaya district of Krasnodar region to present a large agrarian project

The Dinskaya district municipal formation offers the investors to construct a greenhouse complex.

The investment project for construction of a greenhouse complex in the Dinskaya district of Krasnodar region provides for the construction of 8 block greenhouses. The total area of the complex is around 84.5 thousand sq.m. As many as 3.8 thousand tons of vegetables to be subsequently sold to large wholesale companies of the region will be grown across this territory yearly. Due to the usage of high-quality seeds, the produce will be demonstrate sustained quality. Moreover, one of the competitive advantages of the project is its wholesale price (lower than the market price by 5-10%) and attractive packaging with trademark identification.   

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 360.1 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 5.25 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 57 new jobs.

A land plot of 100,035 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Plastunovskaya Cossack village. There is a local road, Krasnaya Street (0.7km), there. The distance to the federal highway M-4 "Don" is 5.4 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Dinskaya Cossack village is 13 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 31 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Plastunovskaya is 1.3 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 41 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 220 km.
