Kuban is in the top five of the most attractive regions for investors in Russia

The Krasnodar Territory took fifth place in the rating of investment appeal of the Russian regions, an analytical study of the TenderPro electronic trading platform reports.

Kuban accounted for 2.9% of investment projects in the Russian Federation. Moscow and the Moscow region are the leaders (19.8%), followed by St. Petersburg and Leningrad region (7.3%). Sverdlovsk region takes the third place (3.9%).

Kuban ranks first among the regions of the Southern Federal District. It accounts for 42.7% of investment projects implemented in the Southern Federal District.

In general, the number of active investment projects for the first half of 2023 in Russia has doubled (up to 840 items) compared to last year (372 projects).
