Dinskaya district presents a project in the processing industry

The investors are offered to participate in the implementation of a project on the reconstruction of a canning plant.

The presented investment project provides for the performance of works on the reconstruction of a canning plant in the Dinskaya Cossack village of Krasnodar region. Currently this plant is under the bankruptcy. The production shops of the enterprise are fitted with the equipment that is capable to produce children’s apple puree, apple juice, canned peas and tomato paste. By reaching the projected capacity the plant will be able to produce 33,600 thousand conventional cans of children’s apple puree, 2,800 thousand liters of apple juice, 24,000 conventional cans of tomato puree. The large network retailers, wholesale enterprises and distributors are offered to merchandise the products.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 465.61 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 4.75 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 84 new jobs.

A land plot of 137,795 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Dinskaya Cossack village. There is a local road, Dinskaya Cossack village (0.5 km), there. The distance to the federal highway M-4 "Don" is 15 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 35 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Dinskaya is 5 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 30 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 200 km.
