Dinskaya district presents a profitable project for the setting up a hotel business

The municipality offers the entrepreneurs an investment project "Construction of a hotel".

Within the framework of the presented investment project, it is planned to construct a hotel in the Dinskaya Cossack village of Krasnodar region. The hotel room capacity will include 40 apartments of different classes – economy, lux and standard. It is expected that the hotel services will be of demand majorly among the guests of the district. The hotel is located in the center of the Cossack village. Another competitive advantage of the project is lack of similar grade hotels in the district.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 45.3 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 4.5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 24 new jobs.

A land plot of 1,250 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Dinskaya Cossack village. There is a local road, Krasnaya Street (0.5km), there. The distance to the federal highway M-4 "Don" is 2.5 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 22 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station Dinskaya is 4.3 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 22 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 200 km.
