Dinskaya district presents a profitable agrarian project
The municipality offers to invest into a profitable project on the construction of a greenhouse complex.
As envisaged by the presented investment project, the construction of a greenhouse complex will be organized in the Yantarniy settlement of Krasnodar region. The complex will be meant for indoor growing of vegetables – primarily, cucumbers and tomatoes of 640 tons and 900 tons respectively. In the first place, the investment project is targeted at residents of the region, merchandizing chains and restaurants.
A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 140.75 million rubles in the form of direct investments.
The project implementation period is 5 years, and the return on investment period is 7 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 38 new jobs.
A land plot of 45,552 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in the settlement of Yantarniy. There is a local road, "Dinskaya Cossack village – Agronom settlement" (9km), there. The distance to the federal highway M-4 "Don" is 20.5 km.
The distance from the municipal center of Dinskaya Cossack village is 3.6 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 25 km.
The distance to the nearest railway station of Agronom is 5.5 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 20 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 210 km.
