Dinskaya district offers to implement an investment project in the processing industry

The entrepreneurs are offered to invest into a project on the construction of a plant for manufacturing steel structures.

The presented investment project is estimated at 808 million rubles. It provides for the construction of a modern high-tech plant for manufacturing steel structures and hot dip galvanizing metal with a purpose of supplying the Southern Federal District with galvanized steel structures.

The estimated capacity envisaged by the business plan features for the following indicators: production up to 12 thousand tons of steel structures per year with an option of galvanizing products in the quantity of up to 80,000 tons per year.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 808 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The return on investment period is 4.5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 39 new jobs.

A land plot of 42,305.55 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Dinskaya Cossack village . There is a local road, Krasnaya Street (3 km), there. The distance to the federal highway M-4 "Don" is 10 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 35 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Dinskaya is 2 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 30 km, and to the seaport Novorossiysk of is 200 km.
