Dinskaya district of Krasnodar region presents a large social project
The municipality offers to build an ice stadium within the framework of implementation of an investment project.
Dinskaya district has already functioning sports facilities in place: swimming pool, sports complex. Currently it is planned to build an ice stadium in order to meet the generated demand. As envisaged by the project, the following services will be provided: ice skating rink, mass skating and rental of sports equipment. The project is meant for different groups of visitors: children aged 3-10 (the services of family skating together with parents and sports leagues will be provided for them), teenagers aged 12-16 and youth up to 25 and adult local community. The ice stadium will be able to service 1,800 people daily.
A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 260.2 million rubles in the form of direct investments.
The project implementation period is 1 year, and the return on investment period is 5.25 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 58 new jobs.
A land plot of 15,245 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Dinskaya Cossack village. There is a local road, Krasnaya Street (0.05km), there. The distance to the federal highway M-4 "Don" is 2.5 km.
The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 22 km.
The distance to the nearest railway station Dinskaya is 4.30 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 22 km.
